At Samer Gul, we value our customers and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully.

1. Exchange & Return Policy

At Samer Gul, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

  • Exchange is only available at our outlet store:
    📍 M-Block International Market, Model Town, Lahore
  • Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt/invoice.
  • Product must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
    • Returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange is allowed for items of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).
  • No cash refunds are offered against exchanges.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Customized or altered products.
  • Articles damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Online Orders (COD / Prepaid)

  • No courier exchanges are allowed.
  • Customers must visit our Model Town, Lahore store for product exchange.

👉 Please do not accept the parcel if it is already opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way. In such a case, immediately contact our customer support for assistance.
