SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Samer Gul! We’re delighted to deliver your favorite products straight to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy carefully for details about how we process and deliver orders.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipping may be delayed. You will be notified by email in such cases.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship only within Pakistan.

  • PKR 249/- for orders below PKR 4,999/-
  • Free Shipping for orders PKR 4,999/- & above

Estimated delivery time is 4 – 5 business days after dispatch (this may vary slightly depending on your location).

3. Verification for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, you will receive a verification call from our Customer Service team to confirm your order.
  • If you do not answer the confirmation call after multiple attempts, your order will be automatically canceled with in 3 days.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email right after placing the order.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within Pakistan.
  • Deliveries to certain remote locations may require additional time.

6. Shipping Delays

  • Samer Gul is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@samergul.com.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

👉 Please do not accept the parcel if it is already opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way. In such a case, immediately contact our customer support for assistance.
